Just did a phone interview with Jim White and Sam Matterface on SSN.
He said 'great credit has to go to Dr. Thaksin' for bringing in the Abu Dhabi Group.
He described it as a 'fantastic signing', because City 'have to attract world class players'. He said that Robinho was 'exceptionally talented' and can 'excite stadiums'.
Hughes hasn't talked to Robinho yet, but is very much looking forward to working with him.
The rest was standard Hughes: statement of intent, came here to work with the very best, fantastic signing etc.
