So impressive was Michael Ball in the 3-0 win at the Stadium of Light yesterday that Sunderland have attempted to buy him.
It's being reported in the press in the north east that there were talks yesterday after the match, including Mark Hughes and SAFC Chief Executive Peter Walker concering Ball. Read the Sunderland Echo report here.
Last year it took about ten games for Ball to replace Garrido. This year it took one. Would Hughes really sell Ball to go back to Garrido? Glauber is only on a one year deal, so I imagine we wouldn't move Bally on unless we had a replacement on the way.
