Ireland talks about the cup

And about his rather slow season so far.

He says that the first six months of the season under Mark Hughes were 'very frustrating' as he was played out of position, either as a holding midfielder or wide on either side. He's right - his best position is as an attacking midfielder in a 4-5-1 based system. But on the other hand, I'm not sure his form this year has been good enough for either Hughes or Mancini to justify building the team around him.

Anyway, it's a good video.

He should be played against Stoke in the cup as an attacking midfielder and not out of position.Hopefully His form will come back.
