Lescott linked

This is one that won't go away - rumours of a £15million bid for Everton's Joleon Lescott. And the player seemed quite ambiguous about a potential move this week:

The defender is contracted to Everton until 2012 but, when asked whether a switch to City would interest him, he opted against reaffirming his commitment to Goodison and instead replied: "That's not a question I want to be answering. Nobody has told me otherwise, so I'm an Everton player."

    Trezeguet is another link ... ten years ago I would have loved him, but he is 32 in October and his days at the top are over. Lescott would be great, left sided CH who can cover at LB, ideal.
