Ireland can pass the ball beautifully but who else? He certainly played well in patches and the talent is lurking somewhere beneath a petulent surface. Shaktar Donetz couldn't wait to offload him and there has to be a reason for that.jackbluehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12951778979137123898noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2858389158764090793.post-52312889952945153992009-07-30T13:41:43.083+01:002009-07-30T13:41:43.083+01:00Oh crumbs. His perceived drop in form in 2007/8 coincided with the absence of Johnson and then we did not have Ireland playing like last season or Company, de Jong to cover and leave Elano with space to exploit. Clearly he had a personal issue with Hughes but I am still sorry to lose him. Lets hope Hughes doesn't live to regret this one.....Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16980671921635062278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2858389158764090793.post-67101578235992328862009-07-30T13:17:47.955+01:002009-07-30T13:17:47.955+01:00This comment has been removed by the author.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
